We can enjoy the Autumn season even more connecting with nature - and we don’t need to travel far to do so.
Urban natural spaces close to home can play a key role in our wellbeing, helping to relieve everyday stress by reducing anxiety and lowering stress hormones such as cortisol.
During this guided Forest Bathing walk, we’ll spend around 1.5 hours together, covering no more than 1.5 kilometers — a gentle pace that allows us to fully slow down and be present. I’ll guide you through a series of sensory-based activities designed to help you awaken your senses and deepen your connection with nature.
Would you like to add Forest Bathing to your wellness toolkit?
Contact me for more information — I’d be happy to share the details.
Participants have describe their experience as: “ A feeling of oneness - being part of the forest, the trees, the soil, we are all interconnected”, “ Gratitude”, “ Relaxed”, "the sensory experience of light, greens, mind, bird songs".
